Way of preparation: Separate the small cabbage-like leaves. You may not be able to separate the smallest leaves but you can eat them raw or in salads or as an addition to other recipes. Sprinkle the leaves with olive oil and place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake them for 8-10 minutes until their edges become crispy. Take them out of the oven and sprinkle them with fresh lemon juice and salt.
