- Half a glass of water
- Half a glass of apple cider vinegar
- Tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of grind hot red pepper
- Several lemon pieces
Method of preparation:
Boil the water and pour it into glass jar together with the apple cider vinegar. After that, add the grind hot red pepper, honey and stir the concoction. Finally, add the lemon pieces. Inhale the steam while the beverage evaporates. After the beverage is cooled, start drinking it.
