Basic ingredients:

  • Carrot -- ½ kg
  • Clean water
  • Honey -- 3-4 tablespoons

Method of preparation:

  • Chop your carrots into small circular pieces
  • Put the carrots in a pan filled with water and boil on a stove
  • Once you notice that the carrots are soft, take the pan off the stove and strain the water
  • Keep the water, don’t pour it down your drain you will use it
  • You then blend the carrots or you can mash them using a fork
  • Add your honey in the water and stir until they are properly mixed
  • You can now add your blended or mashed carrots to the water and honey mix
  • Your syrup is now ready, it should however be kept cool, so too can refrigerate it.

How to use it?

  • With a teaspoon take the syrup 3 to 4 times daily
  • You will notice significant improvement in1to2 days of use
