Headache is a very dull pain that we encounter with daily. Most of the times we get rid of headache by taking pills or having a head massage. Another good and healthier way to reduce headache is consuming the following foods.

French fries

After a tempestuous night, French fries is the perfect cure for hangover. In fact, alcohol is a diuretic and causes dehydration and loss of potassium. To compensate the lost potassium just eat few roasted potatoes, they abound with this mineral.

The strong pulsation in the head after which follows the headache is a sign that you lack calcium. The simplest way to make the pain go away is to drink a cup of yogurt, which is rich in calcium. The yogurt will not only make you feel better  about your headache but it will also improve the work of the intestines.
