Linden for lowering high temperature
In a cup of boiling water Add two teaspoons of dry linden flowers in a cup of boiling water. Let it stand still for 10 minutes then strain it. Drink the tea and wrap yourselves with a blanket because this way tea accelerates perspiration faster and you will reduce the high temperature.
Mixture for improving immunity
Mix 20 grams of elderberries, thyme, lemon balm and plantago and add this mixture into half a liter of boiling water. Stir this mixture and let stand still for 15 minutes. Finally, strain the liquid and add in some honey and/or lemon for better taste. Drink this beverage as a preventive because it improves immunity.
Rosehip against viruses
First, wash the rosehips and then slice them in half. Soak the sliced rosehips in 3 deciliters of apple juice and let them stand still overnight. Boil the mixture the very next day. When the mixture reaches boiling point, put it away from the fire and strain it. Add some honey in it and wait for it to cool down. Store the cooled medicine in the fridge in sterile jars and consume one tablespoon each day.
Cumin against cough
Rinse the throat with a mixture of one teaspoon of cumin oil and lukewarm water. Repeat this process several times a day. This will reduce the irritation that causes coughing and will also make throat disinfection.

Finely chop 100 grams of marshmallow root, add 2 liters of water and boil it for 10 minutes. Inhale once a day if you want to get rid of sinus-problems.
Spruce against pain
Add three teaspoons of fresh spruce needles and pour half a glass of pure alcohol over them. Close the bowl you are using well and let it stand still for 10 days. When those 20 days have passed, strain the mixture and add some water. This medication should be stored in a sterile container and be tightly closed. If you have coughing problems, rub this medicine on your chest. It can also be used to massage the tense and aching muscles.
