- Ginseng root tea
Put 20 grams of ginseng root in one liter of water. Boil the mixture for 20 minutes and let it stand still overnight. Strain the mixture in the morning and make sure you drink 2 cups of it during the day. Drink this medicine between meals.
- Four-plant tea
Mix equal amounts of thyme, nettle, mint and sage. Pour 2,5 dl of cold water over the ingredients. Boil this mixture just one minute and then let it stand still for several minutes. - Cocoa cream
Mix 250 grams of cocoa, 250 grams of brown sugar, 250 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of sea salt and 7 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Put the mixture in a jar and consume 1 tablespoon of it three times a day.
- Walnut tea
Put 20 grams of fresh walnut leaves into 1 liter of water and boil the mixture. After the mixture is cooked enough, strain. Drink 1 cup of this tea before lunch.
- Nettle tea
Pour 2 dl of boiled water over 1 tablespoon of nettle leaves. Let the mixture stand still for 5 minutes.Drink this tea while warm. It is recommendable to drink 3 cups a day.
