Bath with sea salt

Pour half a cup of baking soda in a tub of water and about 10 drops of essential oil of your choice. You can use lavender, rosemary and/or chamomile oil for calming, or grapefruit or mint oil to boost up your energy. Chamomile and rosemary can help you reduce headaches. Use the oils appropriate in order to get the best out of your bathroom. This bath is great for disposal toxins. Bathe for about 20 minutes and then rinse your body with lukewarm or cold water to close pores.
