8. Apple cider vinegar’s health benefits
You can reduce muscle pains by using apple cider vinegar which contains malic, citric and lactic acid. Apple cider vinegar can ease both bruises and injuries for a short period of time because its main characteristic is extracting inflammation. Soak a cloth in a mixture made of water and apple cider vinegar. Drain the cloth well, apply it on the sore spot and leave it to act for an hour. Repeat the procedure for a few days and the pain will be completely gone.
Raw white potato is cure against conjunctivitis. It dries and disinfects the inflammation around the eyelids caused by conjunctivitis. Grind one peeled potato, wrap in gauze, put onto the affected eye and let it act overnight. Potato, prepared in the same way as against conjunctivitis, is also great remedy against hemorrhoids.
