7. Have Your Dinner Early
Always eat at least two hours before bedtime avoid going to bed with a full stomach as this can greatly affect your sleep because of the digestion that will occur while you try to sleep.

A sedentary lifestyle will not help you fall asleep at night. You should engage in daily exercises to help get your body relaxed and ready for sleep do this at least three hours before going to bed.
