Water is a natural source of health, but many people often forget to drink it. This way they harm the body. Here are some signs that your body lacks water:
1. Dry mouth
The commonest sign of thirst is manifested by dryness in the mouth, tongue and oral cavity. If your mouth is dry then your body is already hydrated. You should listen to your body and satisfy its needs.
