We all have different everyday routines but one of them all is actually mutual to all of us and that is the making of our bed in the morning after we get up. Since we were children our parents guided us to that routine but this is not quite a good thing after all.
One research declared that making the bed right away after getting up is unhealthy and catches million dust mites inside the mattress and sheets.
This kind of dust mites are actually bugs only watchable on microscope and they are feeding of our dead skin cells and sweat, they reproduce fast and live in our bed, sometimes sheets and pillows.
Up to 1.5 million dust mites live in and average bed, that is also scientifically proven and the real problems start when antibodies are increased and the body is releasing histamine. Histamine on the other hand is connected with allergies. If you suddenly start sneezing, coughing, having red and watery eyes, nose, etching or even have respiratory problems then you definitely have contacted with it. To some kind of people itchy marks are appearing on their skin also.
The only solution of getting rid of them is actually very easy. Do not make your bed immediately after you get up. The dust mites will be exposed on sunlight and of course fresh air and soon they will be destroyed. Wash often your sheets at least once every two weeks and don’t make your bed until the late evening. Everything will be eliminated by the air and light and you will live and sleep healthy surrounding.
